ok well we planed that i would come over spend three nights with him as his mum was away that was fine, he picked me up and he new i was really upset about something, i was speaking to him about it and he wasnt listening to me, i asked if he was listening and he snaped that he was getting his ticket out the ticket machine, so i didnt bother carrying on, i got to his house last night and he seemed really distant with me he sat away from me , i was trying to hold his hand and he was holding back and tried to lie on him but he seemed to not want me there and was huffing and puffing i asked what was wrong he said nothing...he was quite with me all night i was trying to make conversation and he just wasnt interested. i was quite upset by this time nearly in tears so we just sat in silence. After he saw me upset he was trying to kiss me.....we went to bed early and inn the morning he was like do you want to go for a walk with the dog i said yes, i was getting ready in his room and he came upstairs was all ready with the lead hes like i wont be long, i was like alright then......he came back and was like i might invite gary over tonight i was like alright hes like so you can decide if you want to go home now or after dinner??? i was so upset by this point and wanting to dump his *** i wasnt bothered about going home...i also asked what was for lunch he was like dont no think theres some meat in the fridge,after this he dropped me at the bus station (not even my home) silence again in the car....ive had a rubbish week and really needed him to be there for me instead hes being acting as if he hates me rather than my bf......what do i do is he going to dump me?

In this letter she stated that she owed us approximately 30,000. She promised us in the letter that she would pay us back after she sold my Dads house. The house has since sold and she is literally trying to "run with the money". She won't speak to any of us. Legally does this letter have any chance of holding up along with the account statements that show what she cashed out?

Ok so my daughter was born a healthy 10.5 pounds and we all were so excited to finally have her. She dropped a pound before leaving the hospital 6 days later. She was put on formula due ot my health reasons after 2 weeks and has been since. She spit up a bit so she was put on soy. She still spits up and its getting out of hand! Its like at least 1/3 of her bottle and sometimes it seems like the whole thing. At her 3 month check up she weighed 13.3 with clothes. I have told her dr every check up and ive even called in to her nurse and seen the pediatrician but they all say shes fine. I feel in my bones something is wrong. Since she was born she sounds weezy and congested but they kept saying use the bugger ball, but she had NO buggers! I broke down today and called a bigger hospital in our area and the pediatrician sounded concerned and wants to see her before the week is up. I cant help but think what is wrong with her! I've heard acid reflux and gerd. I just want to know..its the not knowing! I just think the drs dont care-if something happens to my child i have to live my life with that they dont! Im so frustrated!!! I have been crying all day!! She has been crying alot lately and not sleeping a wink! We pulled a sliver out of her arm (not sure how she got it!!) but she is still fussy. I live in WA State in the Eastern zone next to orchards. About 14 years ago they started using what I call "cherry bombs" to scare the birds several times a day. At first it was around 7am to 7pmish. Now they start as early as 3:30am and go until 8pm. My dogs and the rest of the dogs in the community go nuts when these go off. Needless to say it has cost me time and money having to put an outside dog in the house (usually at 4am when I'm sleeping), but my dog actually chewed out and/or jumped often getting picked up by the dog catcher, causing me to go to court and pay a fine. I want to write a complaint, but the commissioners here are all orchardists, and the community is supported by the crops. Sometimes there are so many "bombs" going off that it feels like a war zone. At times the bombs actually go off continuously throughout the night. Has anyone ever dealt with this, and if so, how? It's a noise ordinance problem as well as pain and punishment for all animals.

I've tried out two martial arts, Jujutsu and Aikido, I'm currently practicing Aikido. My problem is, I'm conflicted, I don't know which one to choose, When I was practicing Jujutsu, I felt confident and I learned the moves very quickly, I've also tried it on people, and i've won a lot of fights. Weird noise while riding Yamaha YZF?

Why don't they teach you the reality of life after university / college?

I think that although college teaches you a lot, ultimately, it's more of a "weeding" of the ones who aren't fit to survive those four or five years. If you apply for a job and show you've got a college degree it says a lot about you (the least being you're smart because you don't need a college degree to be smart) but it does say that you have the discipline to start something and pull your way through. It shows that you're well-rounded because in college we have to take cles that ain't got nothing to do with our degrees. Thus, it shows that you're willing to to be follow the rules in order to get a degree. Sure, there may be lots and lots of people smarter than us without degrees, but corporations are looking for smarts AND college degrees. It's a filtering system becuase I'm sure that our degrees, although 4+ years, could've been accomplished in 2compact years but they make it four so that only the real " tough" ones tough it out.

Yesterday was my first experience of track and field, and it was quite exhilerating :). I decided after warming up 800m and stretching that I go for the high jump. I did it at three feet, since I'm a beginner, and I got over it after two tries. Now, today, my neck just hurts and I feel like I pulled all my neck muscles, and when i do crunches, it hurts. The beginning of the end of the world?

Lately I have been having some very vivid dreams that the end of the world is happening. I have had these types of dreams be4, but within the last 2 years, they have gotten more and more often . And the dreams are very vivid, in color, and I can actually feel the pain or sadness or happiness or suffering in them. The Mets are in one of the hardest divisions, and theres no gaurantee that they will make playoffs. Do they ever stop to think that they are misguided and that they heap nothing but misery and distress on all concerned? When are theses people going to think about these matters? So my boyfriend and I live in a small city right outside of New Orleans. Yesterday we woke up late in the afternoon and decided to spend the day in the French Quater with some friends. I had woke up with a bad head ache so I took 2 walmart brand Tylenol. We decided to wait and eat once we got to the city, but one of our friends was taking a long time to get ready. I was starving so I munched on a handful of funyuns chips and a few sips of red cream soda. Maybe 20mins later I started vomiting. I vomited up the chips and drink twice, after that my stomach was empty so I threw up yellow bile once. After that I finally ate and never threw up again the whole day. So Im wondering if maybe just waiting too long to eat caused this or did maybe taking the aspriin with out food cause this?

I own and carry a Glock 26, and it has been 100% reliable for the last couple of years. However, I will say that it is not the ideal concealed carry gun for me. If I had to make the decision all over again, I would choose the Kahr, it is a thinner and lighter pistol that is better suited to inside-waistband holsters, which are the best for concealment, in my honest opinion. The Kahr is very high quality, and more accurate than most shooters.

Group of doctors decided surgery would be more harm so I was given only IV antibiotics for two days to kill off absess bugs and then perforation in appendix would scar as any other tissue. I was two days under IV with no peritonitis signs, eating clear fluids, two days with solids and oral antibiotics. Question about a weird looking golden retriever?

18 week ultrasound found choroid plexus cysts (cpc) and echogenic bowel, anyone else had this?.....?

I do not want an amniocentesis; the Dr's tried to give me one today. I do not want to cause my baby any more problems. Instead I had AFP blood work done, results don't come back for another 2weeks so they booked me an Amnio appointment for next week (I am only going to get another ultrasound and then I am going to decline the Amnio) I want to see if the bowel obstruction clears up on its own. And then a follow up appointment in two weeks when my blood work comes back. They are saying that the cpc or brain cyst could be a genetic abnormality like down syndrome or it could be nothing and then the bowel obstruction could be the swallowing of some blood from the amniotic sac or it could be yet another genetic abnormality like downs or cystic fibrosis. One or the other might be nothing but two is cause for concern and I am scared. I have just cancelled my flight home for Christmas as I cant face my in laws, instead I will stay here do research, any Dr's or mothers out there please advise me

All right so a few months ago i broke up with my boyfriend because i just wasnt feeling it. We had dated for about a month and a half. He was so upset about the breakup and everything. We ended up talking about a week after the breakup and were starting to i guess become friends. The problem was, people already knew we had broken up and stuff and it was just plainly awkward. So now, a month and a half later of talking im still confused about my feelings. I like other guys, and i figured it out that i probably was just keeping him in my life if something went wrong (unintentionally) so i told him this. And he was looking for a second chance and everything but i just cant do that. So a few days after i tell him this (days with no talking) he says he wants to be friends. I dont believe he can do this, seeing as weve tried this before and it didnt work, so what do i do? On a sidenote: i like one of his friends... and i think it would be weird if i tried to be friends with him and then maybe i started dating his friend... just sayin. Ok. My best friend has recently been drinking and getting high many times. He has been getting "Sh!t faced" many times. I don't know exactly what to do. But it is really effecting him menatlly,health wise, physically,etc. He has become very forgetful. He is sleepy all the time. He's been experiencing mood swings. He has put on so much weight. His judgement has been impared and really doesn't know right from wrong anymore. I think part of it is my fault because me and him had a falling out a couple of months ago and when that happened he started hanging out with this new friend and the more he hung out with him the more he did this stuff. 21 year old gelding trys to kill newborn foals??

We have a breeding farm with 8 broodmares which are bred to our stallion. The stud has a seperate paddock so that he wont fuss with the 3 geldings that run with our mares. The stallion has sired 2 foals which have not been bothered by our geldings but we recently allowed a lady to pay rent for her gelding to run with the mares as well. The third foal was born and I went out to check the mare and found the new gelding charging after the newborn and biting at her and trying to kick her. I ran out and got the filly before he could hurt her (and penned them away from the others) but I am worried about the next mares foal due in a few days now. How do we handle this???

When you say s/pdif do you men optical? If so it an be interconverted to digital coaxial (orange RCA jack) using a converter available for under $20 from any number of places (see link for one option). Note there are optical to coax and coax to optical converters .. you need to get the right one!. The idea is sound and if your writing is as good as your imagination it should be a good read. However you do need to have another reason for sending out a prince to look for something which no one believes in into a dangerous environment from which no one has returned. There needs to be some sort of proof of the red swords existence such as an old parchment or maybe an old man who has handled the sword. That would then give the expedition the credibility it should have. Good luck with your story.

Emergency custody question!?

i left my 2 kids father 3 years ago who was very abusive verbally and physicaly in front of my kids.i've remarried then and i left the state because he had been fighting me in court since i got married to be with the kids.whenever he would get the kids on weekends they would call me and say they were alone,and he would be having a party in the livingroom while they had to stay in the room.i could not take it anymore and left out of fear for my kids wellbeing.with that being said its been a few years.when i first left he went back to court to get a kidnapping charge put on me but he was told that i had physical custody so they could not charge me with kidnapping since i was the custodial parent.but the problem now is i spoke to my mother who lives around the corner from him,and she told me that he was awarded full custody without me even being there,can this happen just by him going to court saying he has not seen his kids? will they do that? how can i find this out?

Can a darker red shade of hair dye remove the gold bry in my hair?

I bleached my textured dark brown hair . rinse it . then the following day i dyed my hair using Loreal Feria 66 Very Rich Auburn . now the top of my hair is fine but the bottom ponytail part is bry blondish. I bought Another Box dye of Clairol 48 Brazen Raisin (Radiant Burgundy) as a way of putting a darker shade to remove the br in my hair. (my hair is in good condition as before i bleached it since i only left the bleach in for 10minutes and i used my leave in conditioners) do u think if i use the darker shade of red hair dye it would remove the br from my hair? i only purchase hair products from my local Wal-mart so if u know of anything i can use from that general store please let me know what u think is best. What's the best undergraduate degree to get in order to become a film / theatre director?

I plan to re-apply to uni during my gap year, predicted all A's in English Lit, Philosophy, Maths and Critical Thinking. The only thing I've ever felt pionate about is directing. Last year I applied to a number of places for English and Drama combined when I wasn't really sure what I wanted to do. I've received offers from Leeds and Birmingham to do this course and an offer from Manchester to do straight drama. The place I like most so far is Bristol but I've been rejected on account of my deferred entry. I have no idea what the best route to take is, in regard to my career choice, and whether a degree necessarily has to be vocational in order for me to get into the field I desire. Any help would be much appreciated!

Undecided: Convienience to customer vs. protection of business?

I book clowns for parties. My business is thriving & one of the reasons I get so much business is because I am very easy to deal with. I don't require deposits or contracts & you dont need a Credit card. So someone who needs someone at the last minute can call us with no hle vs. our competitors will require them to make a trip to their office to leave a deposit & sign a contract. So, on one hand my success can be attributed to that lieniency. But, on the other hand, because I don't require contracts or deposits sometimes someone will book a party & then no guests show up so they turn the entertainer away without payment. If you were me, would you require contracts/deposits & hus lose your "easy to deal with" advantage (and add the expense of creditcard processing) or just put up with the occasional flake understanding that its a cost of doing business when you keep a customer-friendly booking policy? At this point, keep in mind, the "good" bookings outweigh the bad. Thanks!

DOG OWNERS: What is your opinion of Purina Pro-Plan Selects?

I have never been fond of Purina products but I know a ton of people who's dog do very well on on it. If your dog does well on it, that's all that matters. Hip Dysplasia is hereditary, so I doubt that your mixed breed dog will not have Hip Dysplasia because of a supplement. It won't hurt, but it won't prevent it.
