Why would a guy make fun of me?

see, this guy who's like super popular makes fun of me (new girl at the school). Simply, he tells everyone that i look like this ugly kid (im not ugly..not to sound stuck up or anythin). Why would he even care to tell the whole frickin world? Its not that big of a deal. This has been happened for 4 months. its weird! idk why he does that. and he just stares and points at me just to piss me off and tells everyone i look like that ugly dude. like wtf is his problem?
