My 17 year old girl is constantly rude and nasty.?

i would start taking stuff away. If she can't pay for her own bill or at least keep it under a certain amount, take it away. If she can't be home by midnight, take away her keys and tell her to find someplace else to use as a hotel. If she can't clean up her room, take everything out and put it in a bag in the garage, tell her you threw it away. My mom did that to me once and it was only ONCE and I never gave her the opportunity to do it again.
