Can you please tell me how does riding your bile help you with excersizing. Like, does it help your cardio, and does it even help you loose weight? I have the machine excersizing bike. I ride 10 min. for 3 or 4 miles. Will it help my body, make my legs toned, help me loose weight? Pleas ebe specific. I know, this is a very weird question but i want to improve my health starting today! :) THANKYOU!!!! lol!
