Annoying neighbors!!Kids!!?

Yea its kinda long but i need the help please!!ok so my neighbor's kids and their friends are really annoyin!!2day they climbed their shed and since we have a fence they sat on it for hours,callin me out like"hey f***k face come here while they were smokin(they are only 10!!)and their bigger brother just skated in their backyard watchin and laughin.i ignored them and they finally left but later they came to my door and banged the crap out of it and ran off like p***ys laughing. in the nites im pretty sure his older brother drinks(only 14) and yells and fights with his mom. Obviously she cant control them at all.shes never home so they are all home alone with their friends doin who knows what.ive asked them NICELY to stop bein annoyin and they were like yea yea and when i walk off i can hear them say stuff like stupid or go back to mexico.im not even mexican but i am latino and proud of it. So what can i do to stop them bein all annoying,ive talked to them hundreds of times and their mom is never home,there is no dad in the picture!!! i was even nice enuff to let them drink underage and not call the cops btw when they r done drinkin they throw all the bottles in my backyard. So what can i do??? im pretty sure callin the cops on them wont help tht much...
