Do you think that doctor didn't expect that a white person can be a border patrol physician?

A really important medical doctor would have a bit more idea about spelling and grammar. A really important medical doctor wouldn't have time to spend on yahoo answers. A really important doctor wouldn't ever say that they are really important. If they want to boast they would actually list their qualifications.
