Blighted Pregnancy. Am i having a blighted pregnancy? Help.?

My mom is a cardiovascular nurse and looked at my stomac with a machine similar to a sonogram machine but, all she saw was the sac. Does this mean i am having a blighted pregnancy? I havent been cramping or had any bleeding what so ever. What are the possibilities of this being a blighted pregnancy) :
