Unbelievable perforated appendicits, loop ileostomy, doctors/RN advice urgent please!?

For more info you can check my previous questions but here it is the diagnosis: due to very atypical symptoms and after CAT scan it was observed that appendix burst and and abcess (half inch) was formed. This contained the infection from becoming peritonitis and death. Group of doctors decided surgery would be more harm so I was given only IV antibiotics for two days to kill off absess bugs and then perforation in appendix would scar as any other tissue. I was two days under IV with no peritonitis signs, eating clear fluids, two days with solids and oral antibiotics. Anyone provide some advice or any other cases, references that I can read about cause it is short of a miracle I am still here. MEDICAL TERMS: perforated appendicitis. small bowel obstruction. Complication: wall-off intraabdominal abscess. Procedure: reversal of loop ileostomy.
